This policy explains how we use cookies on our training platform (https://programmads-academy.learnworlds.com/home) and the choices you have regarding them.

1. What is a Cookie ?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. It allows us to recognize your device and remember your preferences (such as your login status or your progress within a specific course).

2. How do we use Cookies ?

We use cookies for three primary reasons:
  • Access & security: to keep you logged into your account as you move through different lessons
  • Learning continuity: to remember where you left off in a video or a module
  • Platform improvement: to understand which educational resources are the most helpful to our community.

3. Type of Cookies used

We categorize our cookies into three groups:

  • Examples: session authentication (LearnWorlds)

B. Functionality Cookies (optional)
These enhance your user experience by remembering your settings.
  • Examples: language preferences or live support chat history.

C. Analytical Cookies (optional)
These help us measure our audience and the effectiveness of our training modules in an anonymized way.
  • Examples: Google Analytics (page views, time spent on a module, course completion rates).

Note : As this is a private platform for approved clients, we do not use any third-party marketing, tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Your choices and control

You have full control over non-essential cookies:
  1. Consent banner: upon your first visit, you can accept or refuse cookies by category.
  2. Browser settings: you can configure your browser to block all cookies; however, please note that some parts of the Academy may no longer function properly.
