Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of Programmads Academy (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you, as a client or partner of Programmads ("User"), agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Account": the unique credentials provided by Programmads to a User to access the Platform.
  • "Content": any text, technical guides, video walkthroughs, code snippets or graphics available on the Platform.
  • "Platform": the website (https://programmads-academy.learnworlds.com/home) and all associated technical onboarding services.
  • "Programmads": Programmads, Boulevard du Souverain 25/5,1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, BE 0840.247.256

2. Access and professional use

2.1. Access to this Platform is strictly private and reserved for Programmads clients and partners. 

2.2. Access is granted on an individual basis. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party outside your organization. 

2.3. Programmads reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect unauthorized use or if the client relationship between Programmads and your organization ends.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All Content included on the Platform is the property of Programmads. This material is protected by international intellectual property laws.

3.2. Restrictions: you may use the Content solely for your internal onboarding and technical setup. You may not:
  • Copy, redistribute or sell the Content
  • Use the Content to develop a competing service
  • Record or download videos unless an explicit "Download" button is provided.

4. User conduct

When using the Platform's communication tools (if any), you agree not to:
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or reverse-engineer the Platform.
  • Impersonate any Programmads employee or another User.

5. Disclaimers

5.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors or interruptions.

5.2. Personal support & implementation: the Platform provides access to Programmads specialists to assist you during your onboarding. While we provide professional advice to ensure a successful setup, Programmads cannot be held liable for technical issues or data loss resulting from the User’s final execution or incorrect manipulation of their own internal tools

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Programmads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Data protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Changes to the platform and terms

Programmads reserves the right to update the Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect technical updates or legal requirements. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
