This Privacy Policy describes how Programmads ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the personal data of our clients and partners ("User", "you") when accessing our private onboarding platform (https://programmads-academy.learnworlds.com/home).
As this is a private platform reserved for approved Programmads clients, we minimize data collection to what is strictly necessary for your onboarding.
Data you provide:- Account information: name, professional email address, job title and company name.
- Communications: any information provided when contacting our support or your account manager through the platform.
Data collected automatically:- Technical logs: IP address, browser type and operating system (required for security and troubleshooting).
- Onboarding progress: completion status of technical modules, video watch time, and tool configuration status.
Note: We
do not collect date of birth, personal physical addresses or any financial/payment information on this platform.
We process your data based on:
- Our legitimate interest: to provide you with the necessary tools and technical documentation to ensure a successful onboarding and optimal use of Programmads Academy.
- Your acceptance of the terms and conditions: to manage your access to this private platform and provide the technical support you may require as a client of Programmads.
- Active accounts: we retain your data for as long as you remain a client of Programmads or until your onboarding process is completed.
- Inactive accounts: data is archived or deleted after 24 months of inactivity, unless legal obligations require otherwise
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. To provide this onboarding experience, we rely on a single trusted platform provider:
- LearnWorlds: our platform provider, which hosts the infrastructure and content. Your data is stored on secure servers (within the EU) and is only accessed to the extent necessary to provide the platform's technical functionalities.
Data security is paramount. We have implemented industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Access to your data is restricted to authorized Programmads personnel directly involved in your onboarding.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access & rectification: you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask for corrections if any information is inaccurate.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request the deletion of your onboarding account at any time.
- Object to processing: you may object to the use of your data for general analytics. However, please note that tracking your activity and module completion is a core part of the onboarding service to ensure you are correctly set up with our tools.
